Overview

The city wasteland level is created using the Unreal Tournament Editor. It was an extensive process which required the placement of at least 700 individual different sized cubes. This multiplayer level is meant for a 10v10 Team Deathmatch but can be used for other gamemodes such as Free For All, Domination and Capture the Flag. The outstanding feature of the level is the creation of multiple paths within the level to provide the player with emergent gameplay. There are many paths that can be used to flank enemies while there are not many bottle neck areas that occur within the map.

The city is where the main fight to control the objectives will take place. The city offers various paths, cover and weapons that players can use to defeat other players. The city has many straight paths, sticking close to the walls to avoid being shot is the key. The City offers vantage points and view points where players can observe and plan their attack.

The sewers are tight spaces with multiple paths to the above city and enemy bases. The sewers are important flanking routes and are meant to allow players quick access to the city.
